Athena Bridal Jewellery operates a seven day (flexible) no quibble guarantee on all items. Before you return items please email us at sales@athenabridaljewellery.com. Please call us if you have any questions on 0845 257 0766 Please include a note in your parcel with your name, address, item to be returned/reason. Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the on-line catalogue, Athena Bridal Jewellery reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price. Customers will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
